The final manuscripts, must be received up to 10 June 2022. The papers (limited to five printed pages or eight printed pages for the invited presentations – format A4) will be reviewed and published in one of the scientific journals:

• the IOP Publishing Journal of Physics: Conference Series.(Scopus, Google Scholar, etc.);  
• the International scientific journal “Electrotechnica and Electronica E+E” (indexed in EBSCO, ROAD, RSCI, Google Scholar, etc.).

These are open-access journals dedicated to fast and efficient publication of scientific research papers and international conference contributions.

IOP Publishing Journal of Physics: Conference Series

By submitting a paper an author and all co-authors are assumed to agree with the terms of the IOP Proceedings Licence.

The full papers of the accepted papers will be published in Journal of Physics: Conference Series (http://jpcs.iop.org). For publication in Proceedings EBT 2022 will be considered only papers submitted to the Organizing Committee at the latest on 1 June 2022 for contributed papers, and payed fee EBT 2022 participation and for reviewing for JPCS.

For JPCS journal the papers will be published after additional two-stage reviewing process (by two expert reviewers and English language proof-reading review, followed by JPCS journal acceptance review and plagiarism test). If the papers are accepted they will be published in JPCS, otherwise the paper will be formatted by the E+E requirements and directed for publishing in the journal E+E (after reviewing by two reviewers in its next issue). The final acceptance JPCS decision will be known after September 2022.

The authors should acquaint themselves with publication’s ethics policies, follow the manuscript formatting template Instructions for authors. The papers should be submitted to EBT Organizing Committee before 1 June 2022 and some of EBT 2022 participation fees should also be payed.
When the paper is accepted for publishing in “E+E” journal (before the start of EBT 2022 conference), the Copyright agreement should also be filled in:

EBT 2022 abstracts and proceedings book:
The publication of papers in EBT 2022 abstracts and proceedings book, will be the papers from the authors as they are sent, without requirements for formatting (they will be formatted by the Organizing Committee) and will be distributed among the conference participants at their arrival.
